18.5 Gal Stainless Steel Fermenter: Our alcohol distiller features a 70 L/18.5 Gal capacity, able to distill about 17.5 kg rice at one time by heating to boiling selectively and then cooling to condense the vapor. Besides, the whole alcohol distilling kit is constructed of 304 food-grade stainless steel, ensuring it to be sturdy and easy to clean. For this type, the lid has been upgraded, featuring an enhanced sealing effect and rust-proof welding joints.
Excellent Impurity Filtration: With a pack of ceramic balls inside, the rectifying tower is able to filter out high-boiling impurities in the wine vapor, giving the higher-purity wine access to the condensing device. It leads to a higher distillation purity with an output of 12.5 kg fine alcohol for 50% content by volume or 17.5 kg for 30%.
Efficient Condensation Treatment: This alcohol still adopts the stainless steel coiled tubes with rapid thermal conductivity assuring promising cooling performance, together with a large contact area with the coolant, providing a rather low temperature of distilled product. Also, during the condensation process, an additional water circulating pump facilitates the expedited water flow of the condensing agent.
Complete Set of Accessories: The whiskey making kit comes with a thermometer (0-150°C / 32-302°F) for easy monitoring of real-time alcohol temperature. A one-way air evacuation valve is included as well, and 2/3 of the water is added to it to help release air when fermenting the grain (the gas can only get out). Our distilling kit also contains a vinometer kit for precise measurement of wine degree.
Diverse Heating Methods: This wine boiler is compatible with various stoves, including gas stoves, coal stoves, electric ceramic heaters, and firewood. It is perfect for fermenting liquors, such as beer, brandy, whiskey, wine, and seasoners like soy sauce and vinegar.
